General Terms and Conditions Atlas Gin Spirits
After placing the order, the customer undertakes to provide proof of age by means of a copy of his ID card. This can be done informally by email to atlasgin.spirits@gmail.com. Only people over the age of 18 are entitled to purchase. If this does not take place or the request by email is not compliant with, the order will be canceled.
All offers are always non-binding. Orders can be placed over the Internet. For incoming orders via the Internet, the customer receives an order confirmation from Atlas Gin Spirits by email. By sending the order confirmation to the customer, Atlas Gin Spirits accepts the order and the legally binding purchase contract is concluded.We supply as long as we are not out of stock. If the ordered product is not available, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or if you do not wish a comparable product to be delivered, we will immediately reimburse you for any consideration that has already been paid.
III. Prices, terms of payment and payment methods
The product prices at the time of the order apply. The price of the article is exclusive of shipping within Germany. All product prices include the applicable statutory value added tax, if applicable. There are also the shipping costs.
The following payment methods are available in Germany: PayPal, prepayment (credit card, direct debit, bank transfer). Depending on the selection of this payment method, the next step is forwarding to a payment service provider (PayPal). If the required data has been entered there, it works
automatically back to our webshop to complete the order.
Shipments for which prepayment has been selected will be sent after receipt of payment.
Please note that we do not accept checks or cash.
IV. Delivery, dispatch
You can find out about the availability of the desired items in the online shop at www.atlas-gin.mozello.de. The information on the ability to deliver is updated at regular intervals, but changes at short notice are still possible - e.g. due to simultaneous orders or orders for larger quantities. The products are supplied in the usual commercial quantities, short deliveries are made in consultation with the customer, overpayments will be refunded. The goods are shipped in customary packaging and, if necessary, outer packaging suitable for shipping.
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer immediately and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights.
Shipping takes place within Germany. Atlas Gin Spirits charges a flat shipping fee which is calculated and displayed before the order is completed. The choice of a shipping service provider is up to Atlas Gin Spirits. During the payment process you will be shown an approximate delivery time. The delivery time is for guidance only and depends on factors that Atlas Gin Spirits cannot always influence. A right to meet the delivery deadline cannot be granted.
V. Retention of title
Ownership of the delivered goods is only transferred to the customer once the purchase price has been paid in full. The customer is not entitled to sell or pledge the goods before the transfer of ownership. If the buyer acts in breach of contract, Atlas Gin Spirits is entitled to reclaim the purchased products. However, this does not mean a withdrawal from the purchase contract.
VI. Refund policy
As a consumer, you have a right of return. You may return the delivered goods within two weeks of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. The period begins with receipt of the goods. The return or the return request must be sent to:

Timely dispatch of the goods or the return request is sufficient to meet the deadline.
In the event of an effective return, the mutually received services are to be returned and any benefits (e.g. benefits of use) surrendered. In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation can be demanded. However, this does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as it would have been possible in a shop, for example. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods like an owner and by refraining from anything that may impair their value.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
